Privacy policy
Stichting Monlaravio attaches great importance to the careful handling of personal data. This policy describes which data we collect, why we do so and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Which data we process
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your name and email address. When you visit our website, we process anonymised technical data such as a shortened IP indication, the type of browser and the pages you view.
Purpose of processing
We use your data solely to send you the weekly newsletter, to improve the readability of our articles and to prevent misuse of the website. We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
We retain newsletter subscriptions for as long as you are a subscriber. Anonymised analytical data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data. To exercise these rights, write to redactie@monlaravio.com. You may also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, limited access and periodic reviews of our systems.
